SHIPPING TIMES

T-shirt orders may take up to 8 business days to be shipped during high volume times.  Most orders will ship in about 4-5 days after being placed via USPS. Total time from ordering to delivery is about 1-2 weeks.

All Handmade accessories ship in 2-5 business days via USPS.

All jewelry supplies (beads and charms) ship in 2-3 business days via USPS.

Thermal Labels ship in 1-2 business days via USPS.

Photo charms are made to order and ship in 3-5 business days.

**Your entire order will not ship until ALL items are created and are ready to be shipped.

Business Days = Monday through Friday (excludes holidays)

**Priority Shipping does not expedite the order processing time. This is an option for the type of package sent to you.**

If you have a problem with your shipment after we have given it to the shipping carrier, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to offer assistance.  We are not responsible for the delivery of packages after we ship them.  Orders are not reshipped or refunded if you do not provide an accurate address.  Your shipping address cannot be changed if you purchase using PayPal. Your order will be sent to the address on file with PayPal. 

Insured shipping is available and encouraged.

T-Shirt Product Care

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology is used to produce our t-shirts.  Items should be machine washed cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.  Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.  Cool iron inside-out if necessary.  Do not iron design.  Do not dry clean. 

Jewelry Product Care

Your jewelry was hand crafted especially with you in mind. Follow these simple steps to help keep your jewelry looking its best.

• Recommended: A soft microfiber jewelry cloth (this is different from a polishing cloth) to effectively clean your jewelry after each wear to remove any trapped oil and dirt on the metal.
• Apply beauty products such as oils, perfume, and hairspray before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
• Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners.
• If your jewelry requires further cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives.
• Make sure your jewelry is clean and completely dry before storing. | Store by color, separately. (ie. Gold, silver, rose gold) Mixing colors will eventually cause plates to rust or tarnish.
• Remove before sleeping.
• Your jewelry should be the last item you put on in the morning and the first thing you remove in the evening. 

**Certain products are stainless steel and are tarnish resistant. However, plated items may fade over time.  You should still clean daily so your jewelry will continue to look its best. **
