Returns
You must contact us before returning any item. (Email directly or leave your request below) Make sure your order number is included. You will be emailed a shipping label to return your item. You must pay to return the item to us (waived for replacements). This fee will be deducted from your refund total. We will not be responsible for any products that are lost during the return process.
Replacements
If your item is defective or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us for a replacement within 5 days of receiving the item.

Include your name, date of purchase and item purchased in the email. Explain what is wrong with the item. (Free Replacements are not granted for a different size). You will receive the same item as ordered or given a choice of a comparable substitute (if item is out of stock).
Satisfaction Guarantee for Handmade Accessories
We take the utmost care when assembling our handmade products but we understand life happens. All handmade beaded accessories include a six month warranty.

Refunds
Not what you were expecting? Just send it back in the original condition within 5 days of receiving (we monitor delivery dates). You will be refunded (minus all shipping fees to you and returned to us). Please contact us first before returning an item and to receive a return label and packaging slip. Once the item is received, we will determine if it is still in the original condition. Your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days following receipt of the returned product.
